Really great! Got my window smashed and was able to get it repaired the next day. The one complaint I have is that I was told to come in at 9 am, but the glass didn’t arrive until 11:30. I advise asking them when the glass will be in/ when is a good time to arrive.
I went home and had them call me once the glass was in. Then the window was replaced in 90 mins, beautiful job, AND all the glass vacuumed up! I couldn’t even find one piece after. Thanks Cory

They replaced my windshield due to a rock chip, and I was very happy with their service. Then, 3 weeks later, the windshield had a crack appear in one corner. In those 3 weeks I’d moved out of town, so taking it back into them was now a 5 hour drive. I happened to be back in Vancouver for a meeting, and stopped by AllSet to show them the crack.
They were fantastic! It turns out the windshield itself was flawed, even though they’d inspected it first. Because it was going to be difficult for me to come back, they pulled out all the stops to get things fixed for me that day. They gave me a courtesy car to use so I could go to my meeting, and they had the replacement windshield installed in a couple of hours, and even stayed past their closing time to get it done.
It’s when things go wrong that the value of good customer service shows. There’s lots of auto glass places out there…you won’t find one better than this! Highly recommended!
When I spent Thanksgiving day looking for a way to seal my broken passenger side window in the parking lot of the Home Depot, someone recommended Allset Auto Glass, having dealt with them, getting the repair done within a day. I wasn’t going to hold my breath but I called them the next day. Crystal their receptionist was so incredibly helpful and assisted me in figuring out which window I would need. When she told me they had to order it, I lost hope to have it in time for my return home to the Northwest Territories on Saturday. However she went on to say they’d have it by that afternoon and I could have it installed the next day….SERIOUSLY!!!?!! I was extatic. When I arrived the next day I was greeted by Cory who was incredibly kind to show me where I could park my big Tonka truck from there my experience continued to be awesome. Super service and fantastic work. Highly recommended. Don’t waste any time looking anywhere else. You will be in great hands here. Thanks so much for everything!
