It’s worth going out of your way to use AllSet Auto Glass!
They replaced my windshield due to a rock chip, and I was very happy with their service. Then, 3 weeks later, the windshield had a crack appear in one corner. In those 3 weeks I’d moved out of town, so taking it back into them was now a 5 hour drive. I happened to be back in Vancouver for a meeting, and stopped by AllSet to show them the crack.
They were fantastic! It turns out the windshield itself was flawed, even though they’d inspected it first. Because it was going to be difficult for me to come back, they pulled out all the stops to get things fixed for me that day. They gave me a courtesy car to use so I could go to my meeting, and they had the replacement windshield installed in a couple of hours, and even stayed past their closing time to get it done.
It’s when things go wrong that the value of good customer service shows. There’s lots of auto glass places out there…you won’t find one better than this! Highly recommended!
