We’re an ICBC-approved glass repair program facility.
- We can start and process your glass claim.
- We can repair the windshield when it qualifies according to BC Motor Vehicle Act and Regulations.
- We replace the glass on your vehicle, ensuring all parts are installed and labour operations are performed according to ITA (industry training authority) for Automotive Glass Technician.
- We invoice ICBC directly for the repairs.
- We collect the deductible on behalf of ICBC, and any applicable taxes from you, if applicable.
- We ensure that the claim form is signed according to ICBC rules.
- We provide a limited glass replacement warranty, guarantee on all the installations against leaks or defects of any kind, unless due to rust or previous vehicle damage. And LIFETIME warranty as long as you own the vehicle.
